"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

"The hotel was perfect, except for 2 issues: 1) Cleaning was not made on our arrival and not even the next 4 days. (After complaining they told us that housekeeping is included only for 7 nights reservation or more) 2) The hotel is quite isolated so you should move by bus, tram or by feet."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."

"Basic, efficient accommodations. Unusual entrance via a parking garage elevator. Staff was gracious and helpful. Room was clean, good beds, and had a fantastic view of the Schloss. No AC so be aware if the weather is hot. They did provide a fan which helped but the room was hot during the day. If your goal is to visit the Schloss and you want something in the heart of town, it ’s a solid option."
