We are sorry that you were not happy with the hotel while we are not sure why you didn't have hot water and hopefully told the front desk for we have brand new water heaters. We do not usually get complains about our bed or pillows, I am sure you are not used to them But again we are sorry.

The door could not be fixed while someone is occupying the room we have to take them off and try to adjust them and we do apologize for the heat and have been going into all the rooms to make sure they are all working. We are deeply sorry you were not happy with the breakfast for it is the same all over. The nescafe machine is new. And the request to clean rooms has nothing to do with profit but does have in finding people who want jobs.
