This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so incredibly kind, the rooms were extremely clean and well stocked, and the breakfast was amazing. Also this hotel is walking distance from a lot of stores and restaurants so the activities are endless. I enjoyed walking to the stores and restaurants with my family. If I ever find myself in town again I know exactly where I will be staying. The only complaint I have is that the pool is not heated. It took a little bit to get use to the temp of the pool but once I did I had a blast. I would recommend this hotel to any and everybody.

The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.

We were close to the highway and had convenient travel downtown for Oktoberfest. The hotel felt fresh and clean, the shower was good with good water pressure and temperature, as well as dish washer, sink, refrigerator, and spacious work area. The breakfast offered hot options (waffles, biscuit sandwiches), yogurt, cereal and bagels/toast. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out were quick and convenient. Highly recommend, if we are in the area again we will be back.
