Property was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location and plenty places to eat around. Breakfast was complementary which was appreciated. However it would have been nice if they changed at least one item a day. They served the same thing every day. No safe in the room which would have been nice to have. Small kitchen available which was convenient but could benefit from a microwave.

Mostly good - but our shower made a whistling noise while we used it - made it for an annoying shower time. Facility is fairly old but otherwise very clean. Staff is very friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful, caring, and polite. The staff went over and above to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Hyatt.

I travel to Cincinnati a few times a month and will always stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the service is beyond exceptional. Everything about this hotel has been great.

Property and staff are nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. They didn't give us new towels until we asked for them and the toilet ran constantly, but a good stay overall. I would stay there again but avoid the haunted toilet room.

Convenient location, close to expressway, yet quiet and safe. Walking distance to Starbucks and a few other restaurants. Great value for the money.

When we arrived, we were told Hotels.com had not paid for our stay, so we needed to wait around for them to conduct that business that they wanted us to do before we could check in. This was extremely inconvenient as it was Thanksgiving and we had just driven a far way to be in Cincinnati. Once inside, the bathroom smelled of mold, mold was visible in the shower with hairs that had clearly not been washed, the bed was smaller than we booked, and the layout of the room was inconvenient. The staff were cold to us and the breakfast was just fine. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice and included protein options. The room/suite was comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept well. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower water pressure.

Multiple dirty rooms
Our first room felt dirty the moment we walked in we stayed a total of 3 nights the first morning we woke up to the sink by the mini fridge backed up and full of this rancid oily water mixture we were told it would be fixed came back that night and the sink was fixed but the mystery liquid was all over the counter the next morning it backed up again and i went down stairs informed the lady at the counter she was kind and accommodating and we got a new room then we moved our bags and everything and did a look around and this room seemed okay but then the bathroom sink was covered in what looked like tiny hairs? like someone shaved stubble over the sink and I went back down stairs informed them of this she called someone right infront of me to go check/clean up the room immediately I was just kind of over it at this point and was like it’s the last night I’ll just tough it out and never book here again when we came back that night the sink was slightly more clean it still had stubble in it but not as much as before. The manager at the front desk was super kind and apologetic about the whole thing which I appreciated but it’s the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at and I usually pick them bc in my experience they’re pretty good clean hotels with few issues but I should’ve stayed at the embassy down the road that I was looking at.

The property is essentially in an industrial park. They have cable but only about 15 channels. I got no room service the first 2 days. I I asked the third day and they said they would clean but all they did was bring a couple of towels and took the tip. They finally cleaned it my last day. The manager said they were changing systems but was essentially unapologetic. The property is much more antiquated than any other Hyatt Place I have stayed in.

Solid place to stay
The toilet was a little rough in 305. It had a slow leak and would need a touch of repair. Good front desk people.
