I liked the location, but initially our first night was very disappointing because the furniture in the room was filthy. I do have pictures. Why would a room be offered in this condition. High blowing fan continuously. Then I complained. The offer was to put sheets over the furniture. I requested another room. Eventually my request was granted. But why offer such a dirty room to me?

The property managers failed to give me a code to get in the front door. I only managed to get to my room by tailgating. The first room I was given had not been cleaned or sheets/towels replaced from previous occupants. The next room they suggested was occupied. Basically I would avoid any properties managed by the guild.
