"Everything was good except the Coffee situation. On two separate mornings, regular coffee was not available and the "crew" had to be asked to remedy that situation. "

"Room was very clean, staff was pleasant. Noticeably quiet except for a continuous ventilation noise, but as it was continuous it wasn't particularly annoying. Good blackout shades. I had a nice view of the fountain in Fountain Square. Location was very convenient for the convention center. I took the TANK bus to/from the airport and also well located for that. Lobby/first floor layout is a little weird, but nothing unmanageable.You have to join something to use their wifi, which I didn't feel like doing so I just used my hotspot."
