โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....

โAubrey at Check-In was warm and welcoming. Walkabilty to cafes, stadiums and restaurants was perfect. Rooms were clean and the rooftop bar had a great view of the fireworks. โ
โA wonderful historical property. Love the French Art Deco design although the carpets need to replaced. The room was impeccably clean and the front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The bar and restaurant was amazing with 30 ft ceilings that I couldn't help but just to sit and stare at. I'll certainly book again next time I'm in town.โ
