“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

“The rooms are not the cleanest. There was food left over in the fridge from a previous guest (including milk that expired a week prior); the sofa bed sheets were dirty and there was an old washcloth in them. We couldn’t/wouldn’t use the sofa bed. The bathroom had visible mold, and the shower leaked all over the floor. At checkout time there was a sign saying that the lobby was closed; so we had to wait for the employee to come back so that we could check out. Nice area, but sketchy guests. ...

“Easy check in and check out. Room was clean. No shampoo and conditioner just a bar of soap. Also the bathroom should be updated. Was a little gross around the shower etc . Otherwise perfect for the money.”

“Steer clear of this property. 90% of the rooms are filled with long term residents. The place reeks of weed, and the elevator smelled like a diaper genie. The noise level from the front and back block parties went on until 1am.”
