โGreat location with modern rooms, free access to laundry facilities. There is a small kitchen area near the lobby. Coded entry eliminates the need for key cards. No elevator, but you can request a room on the main floor. There is only one other floor.โ
โEVERYONE on the staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was updated with quality materials. The room was cleaned every day so that each time we returned it was in the same condition as the first day we arrived.โ
โI was in Redwood City for a medical procedure at Sequoia Hispital. The location was convenient, though at first glance, I was not sure what to expect, but once inside, I felt reasured that this was a typical BW property. Anyway, all the service was good. I took the TX(bus) from the SFO about one hour took. And Only 2 Min took from the Elcamino & Real 5th Ave. Stop by work with one luggage.โ

โI had a medical visit at Stanford and Capri was a great stay. The staff is very friendly. It is a simple room. The shower had great water pressure. I needed a low-cost room in the area and this was excellent. It was safe and conveniently located right near Target and other food and shopping stores.โ
โEverything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having โher ownโ TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!โ
