"Stayed a few nights. Great value. However, this place has seen better days. Once was a top place. Pub is closed, beer store was almost empty (stock), everything is old and dated. Location is great and the room was satisfactory for getting some rest."

"It was nice to have a microwave (we heard from our daughter-in-law that where they stayed did not have a microwave). We enjoyed having lights for each bed and lots of charging ports. "

"Excellent coffee machine in lobby"

"Clean, comfortable safe hotel close to the mall and numerous restaurants etc. Bring earplugs though as traffic noise from Hwy 97 is loud. I needed to checkout out at 6 am to catch a flight so I knew I would not be able to enjoy the free breakfast. Staff advised reception would be open at 5 am so I could grab a coffee and a muffin to go. Unfortunately when I went to return my key at 6:15 am the reception wasn't open. So no coffee or muftin for me! Also no mail slot to drop my key through. I called the number on the door to ask where I was supposed to leave my key. I suggested I leave it in the room. The guy who answered wasnt keen on me doing that but he was at another property and I had to leave. Anyhow that is what I ended up doing. I suggest they have a protocol in place as im sure this isnt the first time this has happened."
