The owner Suzana & Nedzad they are very exceedingly and helpful. Before our trip 3 weeks ago. I have e-mail to them to know more about the transportation in Mostar & Sarajevo, and I have tell them we will be arrival at Mostar bus station of the time. They reply to me, Don't worry, In Mostar every hour to and from Sarajevo. When we were arrival at Mostar bus station, my wife go to the information to check how to go to the Pansion Cardak. At the time, Suzana and Nedzad came to the bus station to...

Everything was as expected.

This place wowed us. Seriously. The family that runs it is amazing! So friendly, so welcoming, and so nice. When we arrived, we were given homemade lemonade - what an awesome, personal touch :) The room was clean and wonderful. The wifi was great. And the location cannot be beat - as the other reviews have said, you're literally steps away from the old bridge and right in old town.

Adina, Samir and Amir ( younger son) were absolutely fantastic, friendly, genuinely nice and helpful. Treated us like a family. WOW. This is the best experience we ever had throughout our travels. Thanks a lot. We are hoping that we will be back.

it is a modern, comfortable, and very clean hotel. The staff very helpful and kind. they provide for every need we have.

Everything about this cute little apartment was wonderful.

Great staff

.

Very clean and cozy facilities. The personnel was very amicable. Breakfast was Ok, but personnel make it better.

We arrived late. Check in was very quick. Our room was very spacious, quiet, and I was able to sleep throughout both nights of our stay there. Breakfast had so much of food available. I would just love if coffee was freshly brewed filter coffee instead of Nescafé. The garage is huge, really huge. When you enter the garage just drive very slowly so you do not miss the sign "Hotel Mepas". That gets you to area "A" that is in front of the hotel elevator. The reason for this is that this garage...

We was traveling with little kids and everything was so family friendly! The service excellent!!! And breakfast very good! Also, planty of parking. At the reception they can call you a taxi (cheaper annd easier than parking close to the old town) and you are between 3-5mint away from old town. So you don’t have to struggle with it. We will be back.!!!

People were very nice and supportive

The staff at Hotel Herceg is very attentive and always willing to assist you in any way possible. It's conveniently located just a few meters from the bus station (if needed) and has sufficient parking lots available. There are also 2 small supermarkets for any quick needs just in front and besides the hotel. The church is just 7 mins away. (I paced myself) ... and the breakfast is plenty and the memory foam on the beds was well worth it after a day long tour!

My wife and I had a perfect 3 night stay here. The breakfast put out was outstanding. Our 2 hosts were very friendly and charming. They also had insight to the prayer groups and apparitions. We will be staying here again.

This hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of Old Town, above a restaurant. The breakfast in the morning as delightful, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. The location and charm were the best part!
