City Island, New York hotel rooms at the Sonesta Hotel

"I was mainly dissatisfied with the no lock on the bathroom and fridge not working, but otherwise it was a great place to stay."

"it's horrible, the lobby is always crowded because 2 of the 3 elevators are out of service during our stay, and in the last few days left, the entrance is also closed due to water leaking from the ceiling. overall, the hotel needs big time renovation. the carpets look dirty and worn-off in the hallway. some of the staff is very nice but they look tired too. when the lobby is crowded, management team didn't do anything to help with the queue and it's totally no order while people push around to get on elevator."

"The rooms were tirex, the lobby was a bus stop with all the flogs of tourists with suitcases open, random people strays off street roaming around. Will never stay again. Staff was polite and nice ans shld be credited. Massive bus tours come here and clog up the elevators and there is some unsafe feeling - 2 incidents during my stay. "

"Service was above and beyond. The elevator technology was not like I’ve seen before but it was well explained to me. Easy to get to from the tunnel. Room was spotless. Can’t say enough, especially for a hotel in NYC"
