The hotel is okay, but the entrance was blocked by cars when we arrived and we had to wait a while to get out of the car. The room and service were good although the elevator was damaged and the room was far away.

They do not tell you that the hotel is under remodeling when you make the reservation. Very noisy and inconvenient. Access to the room changes every night and they do not tell you. The signs showing the new access to your room are very poor or do not exist. It's up to you to find your way to your room.

Al llegar no está claro como ingresar con tu auto y entras al estacionamiento de acuerdo al flujo de la calle y en el hotel es al reves, ahi estaba el vigilante quien de forma grosera nos empezo a regañar y amenazar con total prepotencia, se nota la falta de capacitación. Pedi una habitacion especial para adultos mayores, la cama demasiado alta y el baño no contaba con la silla especial para bañarse. Me mandaron un plato se frutas para disuculparse por lo la actitud del vigilante, el resto de los empleados muy amables.
