Much older than the pictures show. Check in was not easy because they didn't have my reservation. No drinking water or fridge in the room. The pillows were flat and small. Shower water was tepid at best. This property has the potential to be very nice. It is being run on the bare minimums.

Property is outdated and rooms are dated. Staff is nice and accommodating as possibly. Room i had was dirty only one light bulb in shower area and one in main. Area. Bathroom was dark and dingy. The tv was going on and off. No ice machine at all. And if you have an emergency at night.. good luck the phones in the rooms where not working.

The room that was given the key didn’t work and we had to open the window to get into our room each time. They didn’t change us to a room. When they wanted to change us we were told that they rented the room already. We had to just deal with it. The beds were hard like we slept on a board. I would not suggest the motel. I will never stay here again. It seems when you get a room on these online sites they give you the worst rooms with problems.

This has to be the worst hitel I have stayed in. The room had no towels, no hot water, no soap, the TV did not work. And they gave us the room with giving us a key. The hotel was nothing that was on the web site. The information posted on web site was out dated and not correct. I will say that after complaining to Expedia, the management offered to upgrade us to a suite, but at that point it was to late and I booked hitel at other location. I never got refund and customer support with Expedia was the worst. My rate of all was -100. Please do not stay at this location. You have been warned.

Aparte por Expedia, llegué y no estaba mi reservacion, le tuve q enviar el PDF de mi recepción por WhatsApp al señor que porque no le había llegado mi recervacion. Al llegar 2 carros mal estacionados ocupaban mi lugar, el señor me dijo que hasta las 8pm los movían, el WiFi no funciona bien, la regadera no salía agua caliente, las camas y cobijas duras, en general mal atención, mal hotel. Por $200 pesos más hay muchas mejores opciones

Algo caro, para lo que ofrecen, el señor que me abrió se llevó la tarjeta llave que porque no servía y la ventana de vidrio se abre fácilmente desde afuera, así que se siente muy inseguro. No tuve acceso a los canales de cable que dicen tener , no hubo botella de agua gratis que dicen en el app y el piso del baño está sucio, así que decidí no bañarme ahí.

No me gustó para nada ese hotel.. la habitación demasiado de mal gusto y anticuada… demasiado el costo para ello.. no me aloje ahí por lo que exijo la devolución del importe que pagué.. espero respuesta..
