La ubicación es muy buena, el trato de todo el personal del hotel es muy atento. La limpieza es muy buena y las normas de higiene se cumplen con rigor pero sin caer en la exageración. El paso del tiempo empieza a notarse en el mobiliario y particularmente en el baño, sin embargo nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda y agradable.

My overall experience was ok, not a hotel that I would stay at again. It was 90 degrees outside, I wanted to enjoy the pool but it wasn’t clean, the bed was not comfortable, there were people in the courtyard being very loud in the wee hours of the morning and nothing was done about it.

En la reserva en linea viene la publicidad de una habitación donde incluía tina de hidromasaje y al llegar al hotel la habitación no la tenía y tuve que pagar más para obtenerla

Falta atención del personal ya q se aviso 3 veces q se requería el deposito para hielo y q la cafetera no servía Aparte se requería más limpieza en alfombra y no se llevan la basura en forma diaria En áreas comunes hay mucha oportunidad con la cuestión de exceso de bachas de cigarros y la gente en la alberca no respeta las reglas como lo es exceso de basura, la gente toma mucho licor y deja todas las botellas y botes de cerveza y basura de frituras Gracias
