Picked it for the location to the airport, very convenient. Staff is very nice and attentive. There are some details in the room that you can tell the age and care of the hotel. Wish they'd clean it up a bit more, especially the restroom. For the one night I use it though, I will continue going back

I liked how well they keep it clean the lady came every day .very safe there was always a security guard at the hotel one of the amenities I like the most was the restaurant the enchiladas and the Waldo tlalpeño were delicious. Over all very pleased with my stay at krystal urban hotel

Clean rooms, very spacious. Restaurant is great. We added on breakfast and it was worth it. It’s a buffet and it changed daily as to what was on it. You could also get your eggs cooked however you wanted. Pool has a lot of chemical but water was great. Wi-Fi kept cutting out in my laptop but tv and phones worked fine. Has a gym. Hotel has a car service if you ask in time to take you to appointments. Or you can use Uber and taxis.
