"Very family friendly, in a great location and with lovely staff. Apartment basic and a bit dirty with a smell of damp, especially in the kitchen. Balcony has a gorgeous view and is spacious enough but doesn't have a clothes dryer which was annoying. The bathroom is a good size & shower is very decent. However the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep in it.. I took the sofa bed in the living room padded with an extra duvet! The breakfast is good but no fresh coffee, dinner disappointing and I don't recommend for vegetarians. Pool cold but nice, although there's no adults area and it was very busy with kids even in May. Spa area very disappointing, no steam in steam room and the large jacuzzi not hot. The large garden was beautiful and I enjoyed walks around it, plus exploring the local area on foot which was fantastic! I highly recommend the location :)"
"A great hotel in terms of comfort, convenient location and price. Staff in all roles are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great bathroom, comfy bed and a really good quality HD TV.
Breakfast offers a whole host of options for all tastes.
The buffet dinner is the same and is good value for money.
Would definitely recommend."
"Had a suite which was a fantastic size for 2 of us. Great having a separate shower and bath as I am disabled and not able to get in the bath, However there were no handles in the shower to hold onto and the floor was very slippery and dangerous, Even the bathroom floor when it was wet was slippery. Pool was l
ovely everything very clean and loads of clean towels and sheets. Lovely cleaning lady.
Enjoyed the meals especially the salad and dessert buffet. Was not over keen on Gala Night as food not up to standard and no buffet. Waiters were great especially Simon and Jasmina looked after us very well.
Very quiet just what we wanted. Pool area good plenty of loungers and staff came round every afternoon with either complimentary drinks or fruit.
No lights from accommodation block along side of bar so difficult to see to get to reception at night.
Did enjoy holiday and had several massages which were extremely good."
"The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. Why would you buy chairs like this? That really bummed us out. The food at the pool bar was great. "
