"The air conditioning was not the best. I understand turning it off during the because of electricity prices, but in a hot summer like this year, for travellers just arriving from overseas for a cruise and needing a nap, it was hard to sleep. The restaurant has a huge menu and the food and wine were good and not expensive. Allesandro was great. He is a great hotel manager. He helped us get a ride to the cruise port and to arrange a ride when we return from the cruise to go to the Rome airport."

"Was a great choice for pre cruise hotel.Great to walk to restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Even boardwalk atmosphere close by. Close to train station as well. Shuttle to cruise port very convenient!"

"Staff's English language speaking skills not that great. Need more options on breakfast , customers willing to pay more. Need an English speaking staff at the reception desk at night time."
