This is a wonderful B & B that is really top notch. The rooms are very comfortable with every amenity. A very quality establishment. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful restaurant. Your host is very gracious a and will attend to your every need. This is also a great location to explore Tuscany. Close to Cortona and Sienna and Arezzo.

Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

What an amazing surprise! The town had so much history that I even called my daughter and sent her pics to see if we could shoot a video/movie there. The owners were an amazing couple who did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The dining experience was very high end with a menu that would make any foodie truly happy. This was one of the best places to stay with two young children. There was so much for them to do and we all loved the pool with splash pad. The farm, the playground, the grounds… everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display...

Absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. So quiet and peaceful after the city. Staff were amazing and owner on site. Nice restaurant a short stroll away. Great place to relax and have solitude. If you want to get around away from the property you will need a car. Nice pool and great views.

we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. But they found us a great restaurant for dinner. Another day they provide a detailed schedule for buses to visit one of the towns we were interested in.
