"This place is old and overpriced for what it is. The bathroom is extremely small. It's a great location but I wish it was in a little better shape and the rooms are pretty old and tired. Also the bed was just OK. "

"Hotel is in good location if you need to stay in the Bay Area. Staff is friendly, rooms were clean only downside is there was only one ice machine working for the whole hotel and it was out of ice when we went to get some and one of the elevators was out of order which made waits long at times to get to our room or down to the lobby. "Breakfast was good but do not expect a continental one lol but definitely had everything you need to get your morning started! Loved the location bc everything you need is walking distance and loved the area and atmosphere. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again. "

"Will not go back to the hotel using the website. The room has continous noise from the box next to the A/C. Every 15 minutes, there is 15 seconds noise from the box. "

"Parking was $51 which is ridiculous. I asked for a luggage cart and porter left to go get one and never returned so we had to carry our bins up to our room. Lastly, someone was smoking weed on our floor and it was aweful - the whole floor stunk. I would not stay here again"
