Thank you for your review, in regards to the TV it is standard height for required TV mount, There is a desk with a chair in the room and a round table with two chairs to sit on, we are not required to have any couches in our rooms. We are in the process of finishing our painting on the outside of the building, however I will speak to the painting crew in regards to this matter. I will also be speaking to our maintenance in regards to the side door, and I will be speaking to the housekeeping staff in regards to washer and dryer not being clean.

Thank you for your review, in regards to breakfast, it is advertised from 6:00AM to 9:00AM. In regards to the children at some times we do not have a choice to put children downstairs when we are at full house. If notified the front desk could of called the guest to let them know about the noise.
