Comfy beds & pillows!!
The beds & pillows were very comfortable & we slept great!! I was surprised how comfy they were!! We liked the vinyl flooring, especially when we came back from having a blast in the indoor pool. The bathroom was dingey with the floor & door trim needing repairs. But the bathtub was clean & the tub surround looked new. The outside of hotel could use some repair too. But we slept very comfortable & it served it's purpose for one night

The property is obviously older and has seen better days. But, the property owner should seriously spend a little money on upkeep. Let’s begin with a positive note. The beds we’re comfortable and clean and the floor is newer “fake wood” stuff. Easy to clean and looked good. Now bad. Parking lot was dirty. Trash everywhere. The pool was extremely cloudy and needs maintenance. The “workout” room was non existent and full of things (fridges and stuff). The exterior stairs and walkways need a very good pressure washer crew to spend an entire day on them. Now inside the room, AC was very loud and made a ton of noise. The lights sorta worked but only sometimes. And the bathroom light fixture had mold growing in it (I took it down and looked). And the shower, on the top of the shower walls had mold. Overall if I hadn’t drives 780 miles that day, I would have left. But I passed out. Choice hotels needs to look at the word “choice” and know that I will be looking at other hotels next time if this is the caliber of “choices” they provide.

We are extremely sorry that you feel your stay uncomfortable. Your comments are reviewed by the management and necessary action will be taken.Hotel has all new air conditioners in the rooms under 2 yrs of remodeling. These are all quite A/C units and no loud noise is noticed. Didn’t found any mold on inspection in the bathroom as said. The pool has been inspected and tested by the city officials with 100 score. Many guests has used the pool during the weekends due to high demand on weekends. Hotel is not offering workout room and is not advertised. Guest has enough time to report if they had any issue during the stay so that hotel front desk agent can help the guest to make their stay satisfactory. Unfortunately, no issue was reported during or after the stay.We thank you for comments and ensure you to offer our quality service at all the times.

Yeah it’s a no for me.
Very dirty. Dog hair was all in room… ask for someone to come clean it or bring a broom… was told to come to front desk to get it. (Yeah right)… water was on in the bathroom… room smelled… phone was even dirty. Girl was knodding off while checking out it … it wasn’t because she was sleepy. My bags went out as quick as they came in. And pool wasn’t working was told it would be working the next day as if tgst would made us stay. It’s no for me.

The room and bathroom were not in good conditions. You wouldn't want to touch the things in this room because of dust and very old blankets with holes. It's disappointing for the price we paid.

Terrible experience
The lobby was very outdated. You have to enter your hotel room from outside the building instead of walking through the building. We were on the second floor & had to drag suitcases upstairs. Our shower did not drain out the water. Only one person was able to take a shower. Multiple flies were flying around in the room when we entered. Rust and lime scale around the sink faucet. Our toilet had black specks and lines on it. Odor in bathroom. Outdated shower curtain. Outdated bedding. Not comfortable beds. Tv only displayed a few channels. Channel 59 you could hear the show but you couldn’t see the tv show at all. Overall experience was terrible.

The place is outdated and dirty. There was black mold on the baseboards, the walls were filthy, bathroom was disgusting, toilets were loose from the floor, the shower head only sprayed water from one nozzle as the rest were caked with filth, toenail clippings were left on the floor, room smelled like cigarettes, burn holes and stains in the pillows and bedding, towels were stained, courtesy baby bed was more like a filthy death trap...

Honor/manager makes the difference
Not where I would usually stay but all of the hotels were booked her a few issues with my room but the manager was really really nice and helpful made all the difference he was very accommodating and helpful even offering to give a refund to make things right

Michelle was very nice when checking us in. There were stains on our sheets and cigarette holes and my pillow case had a stain (which looked like...I'm hoping....lip stick). The complimetany shampoo and conditioner bottles were half used. Other than those things it was OK. Plenty of places to eat around the area.

Will not stay again
Sheet and blankets head cigarette holes in them. The Mini fridge was not working and had standing water in it. And the pool was not very clean. And found bugs in the morning when we were leaving

Was asked to make a $50 room deposit 3.74 tax. Was told it would be returned when I checked out. The next morning when I checked out they said it would be 2-10 days to get my deposit back. I asked why and they said it was because it was Sunday and the bank was closed. I said that shouldn't make a difference because it was on my debit card and you don't need the bank to be open to do a refund.

Double charged
Not so good card was double charged . Didn't get the room I booked because it was "under construction". Yet it was available the next day and I was charged for the original room. Owner advised me America Express wasnt a real bank so it wasn't his problem I was doubled charged

Our first room was locked from the inside, was locked outside the lobby for 5 minutes ringing the bell before someone came to help (had to call the front desk). Second room was NOT clean!

Not pleasant
Roaches in the room . Cigarette holes in the pillow cases in a non smoking room. Smelled worse than a smoking room yet they wanted a deposit in case we smoked!!! Reg beds not queen size .dripped water in the toilet!

Bedding was filthy, door lock broken. Moved to another room that was just as bad plus smelled like a dirty kennel and had paint splattered on the bedding. Nasty, did not stay there!

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us and for that reason we are incredibly sorry that we did not provide that for you. With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact. We hope to have a chance to serve you as a guest again in the future.

The guy that runs the hotel tries to charge you more then what you owe.

We thankfully acknowledge comment about charges to your account. If your account is overcharged for any service that is not provided by the hotel, our front desk agent happy to process the refund. According to hotel policy as published on the websites, hotel require to hold $50 refundable security deposit. Our records indicate that there is no over charge fee is applied to the account. We thank you for your patience and will continue to offer our beat customer service at all the times.
