"This property has retained its beauty throughout the years. The property is clean and the staff pleasant. That said, there is not much around the property as it is out of the way a bit. This allows it to capitalize on convenience through its escalated pricing for even the most basic of amenities. Think of it more like a captive audience. The bathroom showed signs of wear and regardless of the time of day or night, the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to make it out of the shower head. The toilet was extremely close to the wall and would not allow sufficient clearance for a larger person to sit comfortably. The rooms air filter was completely clogged, well past a preventative maintenance change. "

"Stayed 4 nights, 6 people. Never received clean towels, house keeping only stopped in 1 time to empty trash, property is very run down for what it cost, our door on our room wouldn't close all the way in the bottom, asked to move rooms and was informed it hotel was full. Very disappointed in Holiday inn for this property. "

"My stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went with my partner expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time, and it was the complete opposite. First, I did not receive any Expedia benefits at all, which was very disappointing considering I booked through the platform. The room was dirty when we arrived. It did not feel clean or properly prepared for guests, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we didn’t get our room until after 4:00 PM, causing unnecessary delays and ruining part of our day. The amenities were also very disappointing. The pool is extremely small and unattractive, nothing like what you would expect or see in photos. The bar closes at 5:00 PM, which makes no sense for a hotel where people go to relax—especially as a couple. Everything felt limited, inconvenient, and poorly managed. Overall, everything was complicated, from check-in to the entire experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are far better options for the same price or even less. "
