Bathroom was pretty dirty. Air ventilation didn’t work and shower and toilet is one. No separation. Pet friendly ( €8 extra). Area a little scary at night. Bar- and Restaurant Staff very friendly.

The hotel itself is fine but the area around is awful. Everything is run down and shabby. Also remember to book parking otherwise there is no parking outside.

Good as a stopover onky

Rooms were very basic and bathrooms tiny - first room we had stank of cigarettes but they moved us very quickly and easily. Breakfast was badly organised - no coffee, no milks, no bowls 30 mins before it was due to end. Cheap as a stopover however but wiuldnt stay more than one night

A bit basic but all you could need in one place. Slightly an air of youth hostels with a pizza bar attached. Room would have fitted four. Walk from station 15 mins. Would use again.

Excellent stay

This is half way between a hostel and a hotel but it was a great friendly place to stay. The compact bedrooms we stay stayed in consisted of 2 single beds with a private shower room/toilet - these were very clean and the shower produced a good flow of warm water. The restaurant produced a good atmosphere with good food. Breakfast was excellent for €7. There is secure outdoor and underground parking. The only downside was we overlooked the train tracks - the trains did not run overnight but started early morning.

Whilst cheap, the rooms are tiny, especially the bathrooms, which required some serious gymnastics to be able to move around, plus the sliding bathroom door was broken making it difficult to open and close. As the room overlooked the rail yards, it was noisy. Apparently on Sunday there is no food service and the options were very limited, but what he hotel informed us was also not true in terms of restaurants and small shop being close by. Also, booked through Expedia, which had no mention of the need to book a car park space, so when asked, we were informed that as we had not booked, the car park was full. When walking past the car park, it clearly showed 61 places available. Cannot recommend this hotel, other than its price.

Alors le point le plus positif c'est le personnel. Ce sont des jeunes avec une gentillesse extrême et très professionnel. Et le 2eme point très positif c'est le restaurant où la cuisine maison nous a régalés. La chambre était propre mais très petite et la salle de bain tellement minuscule que l'on ne pouvait pas se laver. L'abattant wc était cassé on ne pouvait pas s'asseoir et la porte coulissante de la salle de bain était déboité et on n'arrivait pas à la faire coulisser. Le ménage n'a pas été fait lors de ma 2eme nuit.

Excellent séjour bien que je n’y ai passé qu’une seul nuit, la chambre offre une sublime vue. L’équipe est des plus accueillant . Restauration, bar et animations accessibles. Je retournerai prochainement à Clermont Ferrand et c’est là où j’envisage de retourner
