Excellent staff and customer service; however the remodel is not great. Air in one room could not cut off or adjust. Stayed on blowing cold. Door by lock was carved out. Some room outlets don’t work. The check-in process was very quick and efficient. The outside area needed attention as both trash cans were overflowing and you could smell the trash as soon as you stepped out of the car.
