The property was nice. The rooms were large and very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the complimentary cocktails at happy hour. The food in the in house restaurant was good. I would stay there again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Everyone smiled and offered to help. The room was clean but a little dusty. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. The bar had a variety of drinks and I was able to get some food for dinner. Overall it was a great experience. Would stay there again.

The particulars are the people, I really appreciate the personal touch Sylvia provides at breakfast and especially the kindness of your your front desk clerk in the wheelchair. Although the bed in room 427 definitely needs to be replaced.

This is my first time with Embassy suites, and I have stayed only tonight, but it is clean and the location is very useful for me because my my grandson who I am visiting is within the area only. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very respectful and always smiling.

Decent place to stay with breakfast. The Embassy suites Beachwood has been our go to place when we come to town for years. It’s convenient to major highways and shopping and good restaurants. The accommodations have declined a bit over the years in terms of ; some stains on the carpet and furniture and bedding’ although the place is obviously cleaned, only one elevator working for 2 years in a row, light blown out in the stair wells, access to side doors without key cards,and the shower knob was stripped. The staff remain helpful and pleasant and the breakfast is still a plus.

Very disappointed in the service. I've been to this location for both recreational abd professional stays, and I don't remember it being this disappointing. It has definitely lost it's appeal. The b3stvpart 9f the stay was the pool manager. He was very polite, and professional. There were guests trying to takeover the pool, and he refused to let that happen. Thank you Edward. Won't stay here again.

Breakfast and the apartment style room is exactly why my family stays here every time we come to Cleveland. Really enjoy the Happy Hour drinks as well. Staff on my last stay were awesome and extremely friendly.

Place was a little dated, but seemed very clean. Staff was very nice. The room we were in, 320, had some, very noticeable red stain on the living room carpet but that was really all. The sheets seemed new, but not high thread count. You can tell that this place is taken care of, everything in the public area was super clean. The breakfast buffet, they always knock it out of the park! Friendly breakfast staff, clean and well maintained!! Everything was so good! They do a fantastic job!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with a friendlier staff - they were kind and went out of their way to be helpful without being asked. I really hope ownership is aware what a great group of people they have.
