Bad rm service, arrogant front desk, bad breakfast
This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced during my 9day stay. The front desk people didn't show any apology, even I felt they were arrogant to customers. Morning snacks were so bad and even not prepared before closing time. I felt uncomfortable stomach about 6 days taking breakfast snack. It need more qualified breakfast.

It is unfortunate that your stay with us was not more enjoyable because I know our team is capable of doing and being better. With your feedback this is not behavior that will continue to occur. The hotel is very convenient to University Circle and Cleveland Clinic, and the common areas are well-maintained. Our room was another story, however. A prior occupant had left a bag of garbage under the kitchen sink, which hadn’t been removed even though it was giving the entire room an obvious odor. The bathroom sink faucet was almost entirely detached from the countertop, making it only borderline functional.

The property was very clean, stylish, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic if you're going to Cleveland Clinic, with it being a 1 minute drive or a 5 or 6 minute walk

The room is nice and big. Love the kitchen. Parking is good but need to pay for it. Love the gym. Love the staff service. Breakfast should be updated. Scrambled eggs and Sandwiches are not fresh. Would be great if they provide some salad. Grocery nearby is not convenient.

There were no major problems, but the room was simply average. The room was very small compared to other Residence Inns. The shower had mildew in the seams around the edges. Not bad, just not what I'd expect at a Marriott.

Room stench is horrible
Our room stunk so bad like wet dog the floor and carpet was disgusting. The staff was cool but I couldn’t get comfortable because the stench was horrible. We had our baby with us I’m sad she had to experience this. We will be showering and bathing thoroughly after leaving that stinking room. Ew. Replace the carpet or at least clean the carpet

Not far from downtown
Enjoyed my one night stay. Up to date. Maybe 4-5mes from downtown which was a plus. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower wld stay again.

Somos pacientes de la CCF, entonces nos queda muy cerc el parqueo bajo techo es excelente y muy facil de usar con la llave de la habitacion . Personal muy amable. Lo unico fue que a pesar de pedir la limpieza de la habitacion nunca llegaron.

THe fromt desk staff were realy helpful telling us how to use the shuddle to the Clinic, where was the best place get dinner & breakfast. Also the hotel engineer came to oyr resque. Parking very easy! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back in February!!
