"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets felt warm and perfectly clean, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The bathroom was also very comfortable, with amazing water pressure and a temperature that was easy to adjust to our liking. The breakfast selection was simple yet excellent, offering everything we needed to start the day right. What we loved the most was the coffee and tea bar, which had a wide variety of options and tasted great. Check in was one of the easiest we have ever experienced, and the staff struck a perfect balance by being friendly while still giving guests their space. We also really appreciated how spacious the room was, making our stay even more enjoyable."

We checked in late at night around 11 PM with our kids already asleep, only to discover that the room was dirty, unprepared, and clearly not ready for guests. There were no other rooms available, and instead of receiving proper assistance, I ended up having to change two queen bed sheets myself. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic — a disgusting experience, especially when traveling with children. To make things worse, the hotel advertised breakfast amenities, but the reality was completely different. They only offered grab‑and‑go coffee and cupcakes, nothing like what was listed. This was misleading and added to the overall frustration of our stay. For the price and expectations, this property failed on every basic level: cleanliness, readiness, honesty, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve their standards."
