Nice hotel but your staff needs more training
The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. Our unpleasant experience was while having breakfast - the attendant was rude, chewing gum and constantly at us while we were eating. We felt that we couldn’t enjoy breakfast. Such a shame.

No invoice if you book by hotels.Com
Good hotel. My problem is that I have not received one invoice for the amount paid. The hotel said that can not release the invoice to me for the full amount and I have to ask hotels. Com to provide me one. Until now I have not been able the get the invoice from the website or from the mobile application.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. We were really happy with the service, the staff was very friendly and polite. Our room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Nice hotel in Cluj(Transylvania)
We had a very comfortable apartment in this very nice,modern and very clean hotel,we really enjoyed our stay there, we had a very good value for the money we paid including a breakfast,the hotel staff was professional

Good value
The hotel is clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The only downside is that it is a long walk into the old town and the tourist sites. We walked down and caught the bus back which very easy to do.

Great little place to stay
One night stay in a great location. Great hotel for price. Breakfast buffet was very good. Rooms were very large with sleeping space in two different rooms. The staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff.
friendly greeting on arrival. excellent room, spacious and comfortable bed. Excellent large bathroom with power shower. great staff and breakfast. I would highly recommend.

A good deal for tourists not for business men
You get more than what you pay. The location is good the hotel is clean the service is good but it is not an hotel for business, you can't sit in the lobby and put a computer on table the only place to do it is in the restaurant, while others are dining! Old style furniture mixed with modern bathroom,too soft mattress to my taste and perfect heating of room

Lugnt hotell
Ett väldigt rent hotell med rena dofter. Det ligger 3 km från city o tar ca 10 minuter med taxi och kostar mellan 10-15 lei=ca 20-30kr. Inte så många gäster under frukosten. Första morgonen var vi själva och de andra 4 morgnarna kanske det var 3-4 par till. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och det var lyhört, men annars komforta rum. Det blev strömavbrott vid 2-3 tillfällen och de hade problem med wi FI under 2 av våra 4 dagar.

Rooms weren't done 1 day
We spent 6 nights in 2 rooms. Last night we arrived late to the hotel and found that both rooms weren't clean nor done Next day, in our departure, I talked to deskman and explained. He didn't compensate us in any way and charged us anyway for 2 miserable bars of chocolate and 1 small bottle of water from mini-bar. I will never go back Cluj Athos
