"EVERYTHING WAS NICE, I TIP MY HAT TO THE STAFF FOR A ROOM NEAR THE EXIT DOOR AND NEAR THE LAUNDRY FACILITY, SO I COULD QUICKLY LEAVE TO GO PLAY BASEBALL!!! THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE BUT I SURVIVED IT THE LOUD DOG BARKING THROUGH THE NIGHT, BECAUSE I HAD A 8 AND 9 AM GAME ARRIVAL TIME."

"Our first room was an adjoining room which they did not tell us --- one of the sheets on one of the beds had a stain on it and the bottom sheet (normally the fitted one) was not tucked under the mattress. After one night and 1 day we had to ask for another room due the noise coming from the adjoining room through the door. They were very helpful and let us move right away. The new room was fine and our stay was very enjoyable. All of the staff we encountered were nice and very friendly."

"Best hotel room I have ever stayed in. So spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, large dining room table and living room area. Large balcony with oceanfront view. Only negative was unexpected $50.85 resort fee and $20 daily for parking. But, great experience. Smart elevators was also a plus."

"Great location, right on the beach. Good choice of water activities -LZ Eevee, 2slides, pools and hot tubs. Pools weren't the cleanest that Ive seen but ok. Checking was grueling because of a spelling mistake during booking - the employee made us call the booking agent and waisted 30min of the afternoon for NOTHING. General cleanness was average with dead roachs staying for the whole day before maintenance bother to sweep them. Parking is charged as an extra fee -15$/day. We had a really unpleasant surprise when we discovered that an few items(~150$) are missing from our room. It was confirmed that only housekeeping entered in that time but without cameras in the room was impossible to prove it. Guest manager tried to mitigate somehow offering rebate(never happened) and gift cards but made tainted the stay."
