"The staff was amazing and our stay was peaceful. I only have a few complaints about cleanliness. We had a 3 p.m. check-in and arrived two hours late; there should have been ample time for our room to be wiped down, swept, and mopped. Crumbs and residue left on the tables from the last guest(s), bottle caps and dust bunnies under the bed. There was sticky residue on the floor in multiple locations (presumably spilled drink), looking messily cleaned by the last guest. I also noticed the bathroom tile was filthy and when I went to wipe water off the floor the towel was BLACK. Needless to say, we immediately bought disinfectant and wiped/sprayed EVERYTHING. Would stay again, but the house needs keeping!"
