"Our room was great overlooking the beautiful view of the river. If I have any complaints it would be the lighting in the room for reading is pretty bad. The insulation between floors really needs fixing. We heard every movement from above. The surrounding property though beautiful did need some maintenance. The outside part of windows clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. A real shame with such a beautiful view. The staff especially reception were exceptional. Having to walk to...

"Liked the location for my travel plan. Room was acceptably clean and supplied...A/C was not on when I arrived but did work...just had to wait for the very stuffy and warm room cool down...free breakfast was a bit below standards...desk staff was helpful. I would consider another overnite stay in the future."

"Most miserable check in receptionist. No smile, whispered so I couldn't hear her. Forgot free bottles of water and when I asked later no apology. She clearly hates her job. No conversation. Huge room with tub. Nice breakfast and lovely waitstaff"

"Pros: Breakfast is above average, in terms of variety and quality of the coffee. Bed was comfortable. Both firm and soft pillows were provided. AC was cool and responsive. Cons: No chest of drawers or closet are provided. The four hangars and wall hooks provided are woefully insufficient for more than a one night stay. Shower floor was super slippery but maintenance responded quickly to clean it."

"Room was clean but housekeeping service was only done once during our stay and didn’t change our towels. AC is set at a good 66°F temperature Continental breakfast is good Staff were wonderful except for one experience with a young male receptionist with rude customer service."
