"It can be a challenge to find Hotel off the Highway. The first issue we had at check in was room keys did not work. Our room was located down long hallway by Exercise room. I noticed the Access door for hotel by Ice Machine did not lock for Security purposes. The latch was missing on the Jamb. When I mentioned this to Front Desk the attendant told me the Manager has been notified of this issue.
