"Excellent helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast included. Clean comfortable rooms. Only minus is at time of visit, the air-conditioning wasn’t functional. The climate of Cusco is pretty mild, so not a deal breaker."

"Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"This was probably our favorite stay in Peru. The staff was so helpful and kind, the lobby area is beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and delicious. The location is extremely convenient. Generally, we loved Pisac, and wished we could have stayed another night. "

"Staff was rude. Took days for them to move me to a different room because the first one had broken pipes. The second room had no jacuzzi and no A/C. They offered no discount or refund for the difference. There are also bugs in the bed. "

"Lovely little hotel. We had the clean, comfortable, modern, front room with balcony over the street and beautiful mountain view through double sliding glass doors. Two double beds, and nice, clean, modern bathroom. Great service as well!"

"The location to this hotel is very nice, walking distance to the main square and the views from the balcony rooms are beautiful. The photos are nicer than the actual hotel itself and the balconies are small with no chairs like the photos suggest. There is no heating available and I only had hot water for half of my stay there which was upsetting since it was very cold. However the bed was comfortable enough ,it was clean, but an older room and the staff is nice. To get into the building you have to ring a doorbell and wait to be let in, the doorbell can be heard through out the hotel when it is rang. I checked my luggage, but there is no locked luggage area and they leave your bags in reception which was a little concerning for me, but ended up being fine. Overall it is just ok, I am not sure I would stay here again. "
