"Great hotel on the Bay in what I would call the downtown area. For the unaware, be advised that downtown is not the nicest part of the city, though. Too many touts on the street wanting to steer me to certain bars and activities. I just don’t enjoy being asked constantly “where you from, where you go, what you looking for?”."

We travelled 18 hours flight and looking forward to take a rest after a long flight but when we got to our hotel they can’t find our booking and it was cancelled but they took the payment. They took awhile to refund my money. They double booked us! I will never recommend this hotel. Front desk people are helpful but the owner of the unit really sucks! "
