"We had a very comfortable stay and the hosts were very helpful with any of our queries. They have done a great job seeing as they have recently taken over the property. Will definitely stay there again and look forwards to seeing their progress. Great location for ease of sightseeing and the views from the hotel beautiful. "

"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Family room was a really good size. Newly refurbished stable rooms on the ground floor. Conveniently located for main roads into the town and walkable in 15 minutes to centre of high street. Discount on a fabulous Nepalese restaurant. Car parking on site was free."

"Very friendly attentive staff at check in and breakfast service. The room was spotless, large shower cubicle, excellent hot water and good water pressure, with Dove products provided. Well lit car park, conveniently located near major roads. Healthy options for a working breakfast. "
"Friendly, attentive and helpful staff in all areas - restaurant, bar, reception and cleaning. Superior room was large, well furnished and clean - bed was quite firm. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of options and personal requests catered for. Evening menu with good selection of food of a high standard at reasonable price. Car parking is very tight and often limited when busy, but there is other parking within a few mnutes walk of the hotel. Overall a great place that would return to again."
"Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor.
The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm.
Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining.
Staff were very friendly"
"A peaceful countryside Welsh gem with pool, gym and spa included. Second stay here, there is a choice of modern or heritage rooms. We love everything here, grounds, rooms, breakfast but hugely rate the staff. Some people love modern, but the heritage rooms are spacious and quite special, full of character and have a good sized bathroom, ours even had a dressing room.
The establishment is undergoing renovations under the new management but this is not in view of guests. "
