" Lean room nice lobby "

"Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean."

"Aloft in Chapel Hill Saved Our Trip!! We actually had booked at a different hotel for our short visit to Chapel Hill and it was gross, smelled terrible, and was a little scary just to be honest. So we quickly checked right back out and found ALOFT - Thank Goodness!!! From the second I walked in the lobby door I felt at home and welcomed! Staff is friendly, helpful and just plain fantastic with my every question and request. The entire hotel had the most wonderful clean fragrance. The room was just what we needed, clean and again had a nice clean fragrance. On site gym was very nice. And the lobby lounge area had a great fun/homey atmosphere where everyone could feel comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we visit Chapel Hill!!! "

"Overall, we had a great stay. Only complaint is the wifi dropped a couple of times and couldn't reconnect. Free breakfast was nice and offered many varieties to choose from. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of water pressure. Parking lot is a little small, but, we had no problem finding a spot. Bed was comfortable. "
