"For the most part the Hotel casino was fine. I did have problems with a waitress. I have place my order and she didn't put it in. And she totally ignore me when I ask were my order. She kept putting other people in from me and waiting on them. Until,I complained to a Supervisor. But, the supervisor, took care of the situation and she continues waited on me and helped me and .told me Happy birthday. And, she got a big tips for acknowledgement me. Then it was one other thing I ask for clean towels and clean sheets and and clean pillows case. I never did received them and that wasn't cool. I ask for the earlier part of that morning.Guest what I never did received them and I wasn't happy... But, everything else was fine."

"The staff at the front were very nice and friendly. We came in it was really clean and nice. The amount of beds abd sofa sleeper was just enough for our family. We enjoyed our breakfast . Thank you so much for having great staff at breakfast as well it was very delicious ! Thank you so much for the apples our kids got . We greatly appreciate your service for us !
