He was so genuinely cheerful and helpful; we were thrilled to encounter him several times during our stay. The only improvements I would suggest are. 1) the shower head was surprisingly bad - really hard to shower with such little water flow. 2) would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but we survived without it. and 3) there was no obvious place to hang up our hand towel in the bathroom. other than that, great hotel stay.
