I had a fantastic stay at Argo Apartments. The building is very new, and the rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — right on Church Street and only a short walk to the Mall, Belmore Basin, and both North and City Beach. Clean, quiet, spacious, excellent facilities - meets all my tests for a great night's rest. This hotel is actually 20 rooms inside a golf club. Huge rooms with separate living room with fridge, microwave, and tea making facilities. Super clean. Nice desk staff. Within one block of Aldi grocer store and a MacDonalds. I did not try the restaurant but walked through it and it looked quite good.
