“While the staff was knowable and friendly, the hotel needs some repair. The shower doors did not work, there was black mold in the shower and the ceiling had water spots in the middle of the room.”

“When booking online it said "non -refundable." That was a sign I should have chosen another hotel . The room had cockroaches, looked like blood spot on floor, wasn't vacuumed or mopped and had dog waist on the floor. Took photos and explained to front desk the room wasn't clean and the guy could not have cared less. Should have at least got the dog deposit back since the room was a mess from whomever was there before us or something. Not a good first impression of Oklahoma.”

(We have a service dog and had requested a room on the first floor close to the door.) “Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off.”
