“Clean rooms! Great breakfast”

“The staff was kind but the property is very run down for the rating, I would look elsewhere in the area.”

“This hotel is old but they made it clean. Typically, I was very comfortable with bed and pillow. I was satisfied with this hotel.”

“This is by far the best place to stay in when visiting the Grand Mesa. Our visit was in Parachute, Co., and although it’s 24 miles away, we prefer to drive the distance because of the better quality and accommodations in this Hotel.”

“When checking in, we requested a first floor room. We were told the only one available did not have a working refrigerator. We accepted that. Upon entering the room we found the TV screen was cracked. There were several places in the walls with damage to the plaster. When we prepared to go to bed, we found gritty material (possibly sand) between the sheets. We have been frequent guests at this location, but after this we decided to find a new location.”

“Cute hotel and good location. I liked that they had hot water available in the lobby for tea along with gluten free waffle mix. The room was typical. There was a full length mirror outside the bathroom which is great for sharing space. The shower liner was not long enough so water overflows into the bathroom and soaks the floor. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly. It was warm but no bubbles. This is one of the amenities I look for, so a bit disappointed. The gal at check in was great....
