I wish I knew the lobby and fitness room were under construction. We have stayed there many time. It’s always a fine experience.

If you're looking for a bed or two with no frills, this place is probably fine. Room was average, no complaints. If amenities are important, call and confirm with the property what's listed on the site is actually being offered. Heavy construction during our stay. Extremely limited breakfast, limited parking, no ice in the hotel. If I had a do over, there's plenty of other options around this price point in the area.

I am surprised with all the construction taking place they feel comfortable with reservations. Be prepared to hear lots of noise at all times of the night. Rooms are cleaned every other day. The low scores are due to noise levels and limited parking from construction as well.

2024年2月3日から5泊しましたが、5日目にフロアの工事が始まり、騒音がうるさいのと工事によって発生する埃等が酷く、フロアを替えてもらいました。替えてもらった先の部屋はそれまで居た部屋よりもかなり狭い部屋でした。

Building was old an not well maintained. Check in clerk was rude. Had to go to 3 floors to find working ice machine. Gurney to carry luggage from car to room kept coming apart.

No handicap parking, luggage gurney coming apart, went to 3 floors to find working ice machine, check in was a nightmare. I had stayed at Hampton Inn in Tennessee a couple of weeks ago. Great experience. Stayed at one in Raleigh on the way to Maryland, great. Here, terrible. Will be back in Raleigh tonight. Check clerk should find a different position.

Inexpensive and you get what you pay for.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was no housekeeping one day, but it was Thanksgiving, so that's understandable. The breakfast.....two of the mornings, there was no coffee, no yogurt, no fruit until I brought it to the attention of the person in charge.....NO COFFEE!!!! The tables in the breakfast room are too small, and hi-tops don't suit short people like me.

Great hotel, be careful about parking
The staff was incredibly friendly and the check in/out process was smooth as can be. They even let me check in early without calling ahead of time. That being said, when I walked out in the morning, the car two spots over from me was on blocks and had its wheels stollen.

It was a nice stay. Staff was great. The pullout couch was not great but manageable. They definitely need to do a facelift. Painting etc. but it was very reasonably priced and the free breakfast was great! Overall good for the price.

The biggest problem was lack of ability to connect to internet. It was down for the entire 3 day period I was there and the staff didn't seem to have any interest (or know how) to fix it. Service at the front desk was poor, with attendants sitting in the back room instead of manning the desk.

Comfortable place to stay
This is somewhat older hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and since we stayed for a week it was nice to have different items offered each morning. The front desk staff were all very friendly and it was very convenient to get to a Metro station for our excursions into DC. The Wifi was a little bit slow but otherwise reliable, and it would have been nice to have more than one chair in the room, but overall it was a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Excellent Customer Service
The courtesy of the attendants was excellent! However, when I arrived at 3 pm, the room wasn't ready for at least 30 min. The room had a hornet's nest in the room window with the bugs crawling around. I was given another room after another 30-45 min. wait. As I was falling asleep water started dropping from the room above me. The next room was not a walk-in shower or king sized bed as I paid for and the carpet smelled like something was burned in the room, and then I saw a burn stain in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent!!

There are no snack or drink machines on the property! I didn't stay in a microtel this was the Hampton Inn, I had to buy soda and chips at the supermarket down the street.

They didn't honor our reservation made through Expedia. So instead of a suite, it was a single room. When I explained that 5 of us weren't sharing a single room with 2 small beds, they gave us another room across the hall. It smelled horrible and had a leaking ceiling, though the first room was nice. The pool was closed and being used for storage. The breakfast was decent though. They were unable to break down the charges or print me a receipt. They said they were out of ink. I'm still waiting for the emailed one they promised to send, along with an explanation of why my bill was more than quoted from Expedia, which I didn't find out until I was already home. The phone number listed online is also disconnected. Highly recommend avoiding!

Nous avons mal été reçu par la personne à l’accueil qui était agressive car nous avons indiqué que nous avions uniquement deux lits alors que nous étions cinq. Il n’y avait pas de solution ni de sofa. Nous avons demandé un lit d’appoint, mais on nous a dit que ça n’était pas prévu, mon beau-frère a dû dormir sur les coussins par terre!!! Ce n’est pas normal, alors que nous avons réservé une chambre pour cinq On nous dit à l’accueil que le King size est OK pour trois personnes. Nous n’avons jamais dormi à trois dans un lit!!! Nous avions un lit sofa petit et 1 king size En plus une heure, après notre arrivée, les toilettes se sont bouchées et ont débordées dans toute la salle d’eau. Nous avons donné demandé une intervention mais ça n’était pas possible et qu’il fallait qu’on se débrouille tout seul avec un débouche WC. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais il n’y avait pas de suite disponible. Ça a été très tendu avec les deux personnes de l’accueil du soir qui n’étaient pas du tout compréhensives et qui nous demandaient si on voulait faire un check août directement Alors que nous étions avec deux enfants et qu’il était 22h30!!!C’est scandaleux. Finalement, après deux heures de négociations vaines , nous avons finalement débouché par nous-mêmes les toilettes avec une ventouse un truc de ouf. Heureusement, après avoir signalé cela à la Manager le matin elle s’est montrée compréhensive et nous a fait un geste commercial que nous apprécions. Merci Beza Shenka .
