“Muy sencillo pero no hace faltara más. Habitación limpia, baño limpio y cómodo con plato de ducha nuevo. La cama cómoda pero el único inconveniente es que estaba casi pegada a la pared por los pies y no se podía pasar. Bien insonorizada.”

“Excelente atención, tal vez solo añadir la nota de que hay que subir directo al alojamiento ya que el edificio a veces no tiene recepcionista”

“가격대비 위치는 좋음.방도 작지만 나름 깔끔함. 하지만 호스트가 완전 최악. 일반 가정집을 개조한 호스텔인데 영어를 기본적인 단어도 못함. 하려는 노력도 없이 스페인어로만 말함. 젊은 여직원이 있을 땐 그나마 나은데 할머니가 있을 땐 최악(주인인 듯) 이 곳을 선택한 이유가 싸지만 에어컨이 있어서였는데 이건 뭐.. 우리가 마드리드 간날이 최고온도가 40도에 도심 온도는 40도보다 훨씬 높았던 날인데 에어컨(중앙냉방)을 안틀어줌. 더워서 할머니한테 말했더니 알았다고 하더니 자기 할일 다하고 30분 있다 틀어줌. 그리고는 슈퍼가려고 15분 나갔다 온 사이에 고새 끔. 언제 틀어줄까 기다리다 더는 못참고 다시 틀어달라 했더니 화내면서 알았다고 하더니 또 할일 다하고 30분 뒤에 틀어줌. 더 어이 없는 건 30분 뒤에 다시 끄더니 영영 안틀어줌. 바깥 온도가 40도 인데ㅋㅋ (참고로 해가 늦게져서 열이 늦게 식어 밤에 더 더움) 진심 더워서 한 숨도 못 잠. 참, 티비는 좋은데 리모콘이...

“This place is definitely for location, location , location!! The building is next to Plaza Santiago which was great to stop for Rioja and tapas and has a small church! It’s near Opera metro stop, walking distance to everything and next to the Royal Palace! The staff is so nice and they allow you to place your luggage at their offices if you need time to wander Madrid before or after check in. My only issue is the shower was a little difficult to figure out lol but that’s probably an American...

“そもそもホテルのようなイメージは持ってはいけません。オフィスビルの一つをリノベしてホテルの部屋にしているので、まず入り口がわかりません。全てスマホで操作してメールに入り方や外出した際戻って来た時の入り方など！私の場合はたまたま戻って来た人に出会えたのでよかったがそうでなかったら難しいです。”
