The staff was superb made an already great trip even better

Very good

The top floor spa was very cool.....treatments were first class and the staff was awesome.

This was the best stay we've had at a hotel in all of our travels. From checking in to checking out the customer service provided by all staff was bar none!! When we arrived to our suite the room was immaculate! The views were amazing! We could tell there was a lot of attention to detail that was put into the room. We got the breakfast buffet and everything tasted great. The pool area was a bit small but considering we went off peak, it was nice to have all to ourselves. And I can't stress how...

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Macao, especially due to Miss. Jovy’s warm welcome and thoughtfulness throughout our stay.

Very good will go again

Best service I have experience.. such great personal touches .. I will be coming back for sure

Service is very good!! Staff named "kit" are very kind.

Nice Hotel. Very kind staff. Great breakfast buffet.

The check in is a bit rocky. The manager listened and read our review and promise to improve. They even gave us a free limo ride to the ferry. I am grateful

The room was clean, the service was excellent, a wonderful stay and trip. I will go again if I have the chance.

Boutique Macau Portuguese flavoured place, with lot of charm just by the beach, great food and friendly staff, loved it!

The hotel was central and in the locality we wanted to stay in. We were upgraded and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The service staff were warm and helpful since it was the first time we were visiting Macau. The Assistant Front Office Manager Jenny Zhao very sweetly organised a birthday cake for my husband. We enjoyed our stay at the The Grand Emperor Hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to visit Macau.
