โI booked what was advertised as a townhouse for 4 guests in Toronto during one of the cityโs busiest weeks. What I received was a dirty, cramped two-bedroom apartment that looked nothing like the listing. The unit was covered in human hair and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
Because all other hotels in the city were booked, we were forced to stay in the unit partially and pay over $2,500 out of pocket for another hotel to accommodate the rest of our team.

โVery nice hotel. Elevator was very nostalgic and a nice center piece to the property. Staff was friendly and price per night was reasonable for the area. Parking was a little out of the way but nothing too bad. Only stayed 1 night so was quick, had we stayed longer might have a little more to say.โ
