“Location is ++A. I was confronted bc I used a washcloth to wash off my makeup. Told they would charge me if I used it again. Told me to use the cotton pads provided to removed makeup. They provided 1 removal kit and there were 2 people but it was insane cause it was 2 quarter size cotton pads. Do they not wash the linens ?? Cause it was makeup and would have come out in the wash. Photos were not really exactly how it was. No spa. You walk through a coffee bar and restaurant to get to the hotel...

“Perfect Roma Norte location, everything is close and in walking distance, the hotel is so pleasant, smiling faces all around, cute breakfast, very friendly staff, we have nothing but good things to say and great memories to cherish. Will we be back? You bet we will!”

“we saw roaches (both tiny ones big) in the bathroom, and bedroom area. Shower curtain hard mold and stains on it too. ”
