“The room was clean, big and modern. There is a nice common area near the lobby. There really is no TV unless you use your own streaming services. My main issue is they need a blackout curtain facing the hallway as people can see in. The location was excellent very close to the metro and bus. The staff was helpful and friendly and the kitchen had all we needed. The only other issue was they don't provide any bottled water. We will return.”

“This was one of the worst stays I have had in a hotel. We walked into our room and noticed a terrible smell. When we told the front desk, they basically brought a spray which did nothing to get rid of the smell. We had to keep our sliding door open the entire stay so we could sleep in the room. Not once did the hotel try to make it better or even apologize for the inconvenience. In fact they tried to charge me for extra towels and wanting to have my sheets changed. The worst experience.”

“We stayed three nights in October and the location alone would bring us back right in Roma Norte, walkable to great restaurants, cafés, and the tree-lined streets around Parque España. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which ended up mattering a lot: I got sick mid-trip and spent a full day resting there, and it was a genuinely good place to recover. Check-in was easy and our early-morning airport departure was painless. Would definitely stay again. The staff made us feel welcome...
