"Beautiful property. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy. Breakfast was nice. There's a menu option or the buffet and a Starbucks. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home. "

"The Cliff House hotel is a unique treasure, with individually appointed suites that reflect the elegance of "yesteryear". The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating, always with a ready smile, focused on the customers' needs! Absolutely love the special touches in our E. E. Nichols suite: the toilet seat warmer, the blue light in the toilet, the towel warmer, the steam shower, the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, the marble floors, the turn-down service with chocolates and an informative newsletter, highlighting a different famous historical figure each evening, the cloths laid on the floor on each side of the bed (an old tradition), and the fireplace is another nice touch! Oh, did I mention the robes that are provided?! The restaurant makes beautiful & delicious food, the room service is very nice, love the "bags" of ice either delivered or available at the front desk for our ice buckets, as well as complimentary bottles of water. Especially love the French onion soup - magnifique! We frequented the bar one evening and Kelly (Kelli/Kellie/Kelley?) was super fun to have as a server. The sangria drink was very tasty and my husband enjoyed his beer! Utilized the fitness center, and really appreciated the variety of machines & equipment available. The view from our suite is amazing, with a large bay window around 10' to 12' wide allowing us to view the mountains, with a peak at Pikes Peak on occasion. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!!"
