Started off by them being close when I arrived from Houston Texas then I finally got in touch with them and I was told 3 different closing times and the website said 24hrs

First of all, I guess this property is owned by OYO, but the facility doesn’t say OYO anywhere. And I suppose you could call it a motel, but it is most definitely not a hotel. After arriving and seeing what I had booked I didn’t even bother checking in. Partly my fault, but I felt very misled by this property. Under no circumstances should anyone with children stay here

Clean rooms. Surprisingly quiet $or being near highway and truckstop. Friendly staff the rooms are affordable and feel like home.

This is not a hotel, it is a questionable motel

While the front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly he was unable to do much to assist. I had to look at 4 rooms before settling. They did not have the room we reserved. The 1st reeked of cigarettes, the second had a bathroom floor that was unable to support my weight and the last had a broken bathtub handle. A friend if ours knew which hotel we were at and as a first responder suggested we not stay.

Not enough toilet paper on the roll for one use and the ceiling in the bathroom was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable.

It’s in a truck stop center we heard trucks all night as well as partying until 2am. Around 4am a someone was banging on a door next to us. Not a good night sleep at all. Only a deadbolt no sliding lock. Maintenance man had to come fix another rooms door while we were there. Cold shower heater in bathroom is ancient and doesn’t work and AC stopped working. Definitely not work 97$. I would prefer a refund.

He dirtiest room I've ever slept in

The room was by far the most disgusting room I've ever slept in. The room had a heavy odor of mold to it. There was a measurable amount of mold all over the bathroom area. There was no shower curtain. I had to remove all of the bed clothes and use my own bc there was someone else's hair everywhere. The walls haven't been cleaned in years nor had the carpet been vacuumed. The deadbolt on the front door wouldn't lock.

It clean but not dirty either

I argued with the manager for over 15 minutes because she insisted on charging me $25 per night for my dog. Trying to get her to understand the difference between an emotional support dog and a service dog was like talking to a brick wall. She acted like she was doing this awesome favor for me by only charging me $12.50 per night for my dog. Also, I spent several minutes looking for their policy about a security deposit prior to booking the reservation but didn't find one. At check-in she insisted on charging me a $100 security deposit. After spending several minutes arguing with her about it, she finally relented. The day I was scheduled to checkout I asked about moving to a slightly cheaper room. She finally guilted me into cleaning the room I had just vacated. However, the new room she gave me was disgusting. The rooms are terribly outdated. On the hotels.com app the motel is described as a no frills motel. That is an excellent description. The manager was very argumentative.
