Thank you for making us aware. The rooms are programed to allow guests to adjust the temperatures to their individual comfort level. There is a mechanical issue with the room you occupied and it has been removed from inventory until it is repaired. We are so very sorry you were not comfortable during your stay. We are 17 mile from the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. It's an advantage for some but not for those who wish to be in the center of the downtown offerings.
