I had reserved a room with a king bed. When I checked in, I was told I was receiving a room with two queen beds because a room with a king bed "was not available". When I asked if there was a price difference, the woman who checked me in replied "probably". When I asked what the price different was, she sighed heavily and said "let me check". Once I went to my room, the room was clean, however the bathroom was in desperate need of re-caulking around the bathtub, re-wallpapering around the bathtub, and painting on the inside door frame of the bathroom. These were things I was not expecting from a Mariott hotel; especially a hotel that charged almost $200 per night, in a town of 126,000.
